Mark Madden has been hospitalized after suffering an apparent heart attack. Madden was an internet broadcaster at WCW and longtime WCW Live! mainstay before moving to the Nitro broadcast booth near the end of WCW’s run on TNT.
While still working for WCW, Madden began hosting a popular afternoon sports talk show in Pittsburgh and went on to become one of the most popular sports personalities in the area.

Madden suffered a heart attack Saturday night while coaching a hockey tournament and drove himself to the hospital. According to the story, Madden is alert and is breathing on his own and is in stable condition. He is expected to undergo a heart procedure today.
