AEW veteran Chris Jericho wasn’t too happy about the media scrum and brawl that happened following AEW’s All Out PPV that involved CM Punk, Kenny Omega, The Young Bucks, producer Ace Steel, and several others.
Jericho, one of the AEW originals, confronted Punk about the brawl and let him know his thoughts about Punk’s behavior.
According to Fightful Select, numerous sources stated that Jericho confronted Punk and was extremely unhappy with what went down, telling Punk that he is a cancer to the AEW locker room, and that he has been detrimental to the company, reportedly.
Per the report, Punk’s response was not captured verbatim, but he essentially told Jericho it wasn’t any of his business and told him to leave.
Punk seems to be on his way out of AEW, as the company continues to work on a buyout of his contract.
