Eddie Kingston Injured At NJPW Resurgence

AEW star Eddie Kingston suffered an undisclosed injury during NJPW Resurgence where he lost the NJPW Strong Openweight Championship to Gabe Kidd, according to Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp.

While the extent of Kingston’s injury is not known at the time of this writing, it looms as AEW is building towards their ‘Double or Nothing’ PPV event.

When the injury occurred, there was chatter across social media that Kingston may have suffered a leg injury, and the latest report apparently confirms it.
