It appears that WWE has honed in former UFC heavyweight Cain Velasquez, as the company announced that Velasquez trained at the WWE Performance Center this week.
Velasquez is known as being one of the greatest heavyweights in the history of the Ultimate Fighting Championship and for beating Brock Lesnar, the current WWE Universal Champion.
“My experience here has been amazing” Velasquez said of training at the Performance Center this week. “I’m just looking forward to being here and learning as much as I can. I’ve been a fan of the sport since I was a little kid, and now I get to participate in it.”
