Ultimate Warrior Files Suit Against WWE

The Ultimate Warrior has filed a civil suit against WWE in Superior Court of Arizona, Maricopa County.

Plaintiffs in the case are listed as Ultimate Creations Inc, Warrior Warrior, and Dana Warrior.

Defendants are listed as Vincent K McMahon, Linda McMahon, Titan Sports Inc, and World Wrestling Entertainment Inc.

The suit is in connection with WWE’s release of an Ultimate Warrior DVD that was a negative portrayal of his time with the company.
