Former WWE superstar Big Cass suffered a seizure at a House of Hardcore event in Philadelphia on Saturday night in the lobby of the 2300 Arena.
Cass was attended to by medical professionals as well as Tommy Dreamer and Bully Ray, and he came to before being taken to a nearby hospital.
Dreamer addressed fans in attendance during intermission and said that Cass’ seizure was not drug-related, adding that he had been with him all day.
Cass debuted for House of Hardcord on December 1st, as Big Cazz, when he lost to MVP in singles action.
