Jinder Mahal Makes Return to NXT

Jinder Mahal

Jinder Mahal made his shocking return to WWE television during NXT’s New Year’s Evil special.

Mahal came out during a segment between The Creed Brothers (Julius & Brutus Creed) and Sanga, one half of Indus Sher with Veer Mahan, with the two tag teams schedule to clash at the event, with Sanga stating that Veer was not present for the match.

Instead, Sanga said that he would take on the duo by himself, which led to sneak attack from Mahal in a shocking return. The two took out both Creed Brothers and stood tall at the end, showing that Mahal has now aligned with Indus Sher.

Mahal joined WWE in 2010 and took on Seth Rollins in 2012 in a match to crown the first ever NXT Champion. Mahal was last in a match back in November when he lost to Braun Strowman in a SmackDown World Cup First Round match.
