Matt Hardy is now a free agent after his contract with AEW expired and while he is still in talks with AEW, Hardy is also speaking with other companies such as WWE.
Hardy recently talked about the backstage issues that have plagued AEW and believes that they have cost the company “goodwill” amongst fans.
“I think through some of the stuff with [CM] Punk, and The [Young] Bucks, and the fights, and the backstage stuff, and Jungle Boy, all this stuff, this hurt some of that goodwill” Hardy said during his recent entry of the ‘Extreme Life of Matt Hardy’. “I feel like that probably deterred some people from their support of the company, at the end of the day.”
Hardy also took to social media to share a new video, which brought back his ‘Broken’ Matt Hardy gimmick.
