Since this Monday night’s RAW, rumors have been swirling that WWE was planting the seeds for a Shawn Michaels vs. Undertaker match for WresteMania 35, as the segment between the two certainly hinted towards that.
Michaels, who has been steadfast in his commitment to retirement, is now expected to return to ring, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter’d Dave Meltzer.
Per the report: “The working idea internally right now is that Michaels is coming out of retirement. Right now it is not for a singles match, and it is targeted, if not scheduled, for Saudi Arabia on 11/2″ Meltzer said.
